MAARCORA is a creative atelier specialising in handcrafted sculptural furniture produced in Latvia. All products are made to order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

MAARCORA products are made to order. An order is considered accepted only when:
– the client receives an official quotation,
– confirms the order in writing, and
– the initial payment has been received.

MAARCORA reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

6. Production Lead Time

Production times vary depending on the piece, complexity, and workload.

Estimated lead times are provided during the quotation process. These lead times are not guaranteed, as handcrafted production may require additional time to meet quality standards.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is arranged upon request and is handled by partner logistics companies.

MAARCORA is not responsible for:
– delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors
– damage during transport if the shipping company was selected by the client
– The client is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Because all MAARCORA pieces are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled, and returns are not accepted, except where required by applicable law.

If a product arrives damaged:
– the client must notify MAARCORA immediately, and
– provide photos and documentation from the carrier
– We will evaluate each case individually.

9. Warranty

MAARCORA provides a warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
– wear and tear
– improper use
– exposure to extreme conditions outside product guidelines
– modifications made by third parties
– damages caused by accidents, impact, or misuse
Specific material-related guidance for basalt fiber and coatings should be followed as provided by MAARCORA.
